1. Exchanges

At Emm Wear, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality clothing and a delightful shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, preferences or fit may not align perfectly. Therefore, we offer an exchange policy to ensure you find the perfect outfit.

1.1 Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange for a product under the following conditions:

-The request for an exchange is made within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
-The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
-The product is not categorised as a non-exchangeable item (see section 2 below for details).

- Exchange will only be done once 

1.2 Exchange Process

-Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and send the item back to us.
1.3 Exchange Options

Upon receiving and inspecting the item you wish to exchange, we offer the following options:

Size Exchange: You can exchange the item for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
Color Exchange: Exchange the item for a different color of the same product, subject to availability.
Style Exchange: Exchange the item for a different style of the same value, subject to availability.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange:

Final Sale Items: Any item marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase is not eligible for exchange.
Personalized or Customized Items: Products that have been personalized or customized to your specifications cannot be exchanged.

3. Return Policy

Emm wear does not offer direct returns.

 

4. International Shipping and Return Policy
At Emm wear, we are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. Please note the following terms for our international customers:

• Shipping Timeframe: International orders will be delivered within 9-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Return and Exchange Policy: Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders at this time. All international sales are final, and we recommend reviewing your order details carefully before purchasing.
